121 Internet Businesses You Can Start from Home: Plus a Beginners Guide to Starting a Business Online The first part of this book covers every aspect of operating a business on the Internet: from planning a Web site to promotion on a tight budget. The second, main part contains detailed descriptions of 121 Internet businesses entrepreneurs can start from home. Customer Review: A REFRESHING VIEW After reading several “pro-active” books on online business, it is refreshing to finally find a book that doesn’t paint a too rosy a picture of the future of online commerce. The message of this book is: you can make an income from the Internet - supplemental income, at least - but will probably not become a millionaire. The Internet is not here to drive existing businesses out of business, and hence can’t claim to take their share of the market and give it to Internet entrepreneurs. It is a very informative book that, as other readers have mentioned, gets your creative juices flowing. The graphic layout of the book leaves something to be desired, however, and some of the URLs are outdated. I found a safe and fast way to get relevant content for any web site
The Home-based Bookstore: Start Your Own Business Selling Used Books on Amazon, Ebay or Your Own Web Site Selling used books on the Internet is one of the greatest opportunities available to small entrepreneurs today. Used book sales on the Internet jumped 33 percent in 2004, with much of that business occurring right here on Amazon. Now, one of every 12 books sold is a used book, and two-thirds of those are purchased online from small businesses, with total annual sales of $609 million. You can be part of this expanding market. For less than $100, you can launch an Internet bookselling business with profit margins rivaling those of any business. Exactly how much money you earn depends mostly on how much effort you put into your new enterprise. In this book, Amazon Marketplace seller Steve Weber tells how he transformed his part-time hobby of online bookselling into a full-time home-based business, selling more than $1 million of used books as a one-person company. Customer Review: From One Author to Another - Great Job Steve! As the author of another book on the same subject, I purchased Steve’s book about a week before mine went into publication and found it to be very well written and all encompassing of the online bookselling fundamentals. Great job Steve! I have been an online bookseller myself for almost five years, and I have read several books written about it, few include as much as this one and I would encourage anyone contemplating getting into the business to buy Steve’s book. Anyone reading this review might be wondering why I would want to promote Steve’s book when I am trying to sell my own. The answer is simple, Steve’s book is very good and I am sure there is a large enough market to go around, besides I don’t really look at our books as being competitors, I think they are very complimentary of each other. We do not cover all the same things and the things we do both cover are for the most part approached from different perspectives. I know the history of Amazon.com and the tendency of one author to trash the work of another when the books might be viewed as competitors, but I would not stoop to that level. I know a good book when I see it, and Steve has put together a well-organized and complete book about online bookselling. I learned a few things from his book myself as I am sure he would admit to learning from mine if he has read it. I wish you the best with your sales Steve and success to those that buy your book.

TurboTax Premier Home/Business 2003 [Old Version] Customer Review: Came out same as tax accountant last 2 years I have had trouble trusting the program entirely with tax preperation, so I did this comparison. First, I figured up my taxes for my personal/sole proprieter cabinetry business taxes on TurboTax and then went to my regular tax accountant who used to be an IRS auditor, and he is very thorough. Both times my taxes came out almost exactly the same. I’m impressed, and intend to do all my own taxes this year. Manage All Your Blogs form One Location Fast and Easy Learn How!
